If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may exchange or return your order as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please email us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund (including shipping charges). Items returned for any other reason will be refunded less shipping and handling costs and subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please make sure to specify the item(s) you would like to return and include your order number.
2. We will respond acknowledging your request and provide you with an RMA number.
3. Ship product back to us at the following address (make sure to include the RMA number in the package):

For your convenience, we can email you a pre-paid return shipping label, but will deduct the cost from your refund
(in the U.S. this is $5 or less).
5. Full refunds will be issued for original condition merchandise less a 15% re-stocking fee (to your original form of payment). Please note: customers will not be refunded for the original shipping cost (this also applies to orders that had initial waived shipping costs). Please allow 5-7 days after we receive your return for us to process the refund.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT return items without contacting us first and obtaining an RMA number.
- Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable; this also applies to U.S. orders over $45 with initial waived shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving it AND returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction.
- Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Please be aware that if an item is marked with "FINAL SALE" in the description, it is CANNOT be returned and is being sold AS-IS.
Additionally, for hygienic reasons, items in the following categories cannot be returned: intimates, swimwear, hair and head accessories, eyewear and beauty products.
